Evaluation and Equivalent Certifications
Please be aware that the processes for evaluating and equating certificates are carried out as follows: obtaining the electronic number, downloading the file of the needed papers, and entering the data in the forms and commitments. Electronic submission is required for all engineering, scientific, agricultural, veterinary, and humanities majors. Suppose you are a student studying outside of Iraq and you don't already have the Department of Missions' electronic number. In that case, you can get one by filling out the relevant electronic file. Click here to see the electronic filing form and submit it online. We will use the electronic number to track the status of the assessment and equivalency processes.

Upload the required papers on your device: Click here to get the file containing the required documentation for employees. Please enter the information into the forms and oaths to evaluate certificates and sign them using all the necessary documentation. The file must be delivered to the Department of Scholarships (paper copy). Evaluation procedures and certificate equivalency occur through the student's file passing through the following sections: The first stage is the Student Affairs Department, where the concerned person (or his representative) submits a "full" file. In addition to receiving and reviewing the file for the certificate to be checked and equalized, the Student Affairs Department also examines the student's academic file in the Scholars Affairs Department. As for the second stage - the evaluation department and the certificates equivalent - the file is rechecked by the evaluation department, and the certificates are equalized to conclude the operations. The mural and administrative order are issued after the completion of administrative proceedings.
