The student must have a Directorate General of Education-certified preparatory certificate or an equivalent.

Applicants for evening study must have a GPA with an average of no less than 60 percent.Minimum limits for evening studies in faculties (engineering, science, agriculture, nursing) are based on morning study/central acceptance requirements, with an average of no less than (65%).

Graduates of scientific (biological, applied) and literary disciplines who wish to apply to faculties and departments of physical education and sports sciences are exempt from the minimum average with an average of no less than (55%).

Students (candidates for the Olympic Committee) who have graduated from scientific branches (biological, applied) and literary branches may apply to colleges of physical education, sports science, and physical education departments should not exceed 5%.

Talented graduates of professional preparatory (industrial, commercial, and agricultural) can apply to the faculties of fine arts, physical education colleges, and sports science at the Faculties of Education and Basic Education should not exceed 10% of the acceptance plan, with an average of no less than 60%.

Fine art graduates are entitled to apply for evening study should not exceed 10% of college acceptances. Professional preparatory study graduates (industrial, commercial, agricultural, and polytechnic) are entitled to apply for evening study, but only 10% of the acceptance plan. Their proportion shall not exceed (10%) of the acceptance plan. The commercial preparatory graduates should not exceed 20% of the acceptance plan of the corresponding sections of the Faculty of Administration and Economics, with an average of no less than 60%.

Graduates of the Islamic Preparatory Study/Ministry of Education and graduates of the Islamic Preparatory of the two Waqfs (Endowments) (Those who failed the Ministry of Education's calendar exam in Endowments Preparatory's external exams.) are entitled to apply for evening study at the Faculty of Islamic Sciences with an average of no less than 60%.

The acceptance ratios for student categories must be adhered to. If a specific percentage of the acceptance s plan is not met, it will be compensated solely by graduates from the scientific and literary fields. According to each scientific department, preparatory graduates are entitled to apply to institutes for evening study; the acceptance rate is determined by competition for available seats.

The university nominates students based on their qualifications and preferences for college/institute and department. Graduates of institutes are ineligible for evening study.

The Top (10%) evening study graduates are nominated for college acceptance by the Ministry according to their specializations and graduation year.

Continuous teachers in state services are entitled to apply to education and basic education faculties regardless of their preparatory background. Whether their professional or academic studies but should not exceed 5%.

Students whose dismissed are deactivated to morning studies are entitled to apply for evening studies in other colleges, provided the promotion of enrollment is not for cheating or attempting to cheat, or if they are disciplinary punished, provided they meet other general conditions.

Students whose dismissed are deactivated from evening studies are entitled to apply to other evening colleges if they have not been deactivated to morning studies for cheating or attempting to cheat or if they have been disciplined, provided they meet other general conditions.

If a student has passed the standard registration process for central admission but wants to admission to evening study, he or she must first apply for revocation of admission, and cannot restore central admission.Non-Iraqi students (residents) with an Iraqi high school certificate shall be admitted to evening study.

Members of the Armed Forces, Intelligence Service, Internal Security Forces, National Security Apparatus, and other security agencies must bring a letter from their departments for acceptance to the evening study/General acceptance Channel.

The category covered by Diwani Order 122 of 2017, families of victims (the Faili Kurds genocide), are entitled to apply in colleges and institutes in the evening study with a rate of 5% above the specified plan and according to the corresponding specialization, as an exception from the rate required to compete among them, if this is supported by the competent authorities for the aforementioned category.Ministers, members of the House of Representatives, general managers, and provincial and municipal council members do not have the right to admission for evening study.

University Study Fees:

Engineering colleges and engineering technical colleges 3000000.

Nursing colleges and health technical colleges 2,500,000.

Scientific disciplines (pure sciences, college of applied arts, scientific departments in the college of education, agriculture, fine arts, physical education and sports sciences) 1650000.

Faculties of Law, Faculty of Administration and Economics, and Administrative Technical Faculties 1,300,000.

(Political science, education for human sciences, literature, Islamic sciences, media) and other Faculties of Sociology and Social Sciences 1,000,000.

Medical Technical Institutes 2,500,000.

Technological institutes 1500000.

Evening study students committed to paying all determining set tuition fees in the time based on the College's/recommendation.

The tuition fees are not paid until it is determined that the student's acceptance or continuation of study complies with instructions and controls. Other than that, the College and Institute are fully liable.

If a student withdraws from college or defers enrollment, the college fees for that year are not refunded, and the fees specified upon enrollment are met the following year.The Supervisory Authority for Evening Study may reduce by no more than fifty percent the academic fees of university or technical university teaching staff.The first student's first-year evening tuition fees are reduced by 50%, the second by 30%, and the third by 20%. The supervisor of evening studies can reduce according to instructions. For college and institute acceptance, independent committees are formed whose members must have experience with acceptance instructions and evening study controls. The formation of these committees is a prerequisite for evening acceptance, managed by the Department of Student Affairs. The president of the university oversees these committees. Whoever attempts to exert pressure on committees is held accountable.Children of academic titles (professor, assistant professor, and instructor) have the right to choose the department (branch) If they are accepted based on their total in the first academic year, just like their peers accepted in the morning study.

All university orders relating to acceptance of students shall be issued no later than 31.12 of each year.
