Prelude:

For any plan to be successful, it must first examine the current situation, its characteristics, and determine the desired status for access or identification that will be built during the implementation of the plan and thus completed by the end of the plan. This is what we call a strategic plan, and it is a systematic and time-bound action mechanism to achieve stated goals that will aid in improving the work of the educational institution in all areas.


Universities can improve their internal and external futures at the level of their individual departments and relationships with other universities by relying on modern techniques to develop strategies, policies, and mechanisms that help to achieve these goals. This is why it is crucial to integrate visions, targets, exploit opportunities, and address existing problems based on research and comprehensive analysis of the development of strategies.
