Application and admission regulations in postgraduate studies issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research/Department of Research and Development. General regulations include:


The required documents

The applicant must submit a graduation endorsement with the master's degree rate and PhD rate.

Submitting a Certificate of Citizenship, Civil Status Identity and other documents that establish the Applicant's Identity.

Submitting Written undertaking that not to apply to any other university.

The applicant pledges not to be a government employee. If employed, he must submit a letter from his department allowing him to study full-time if accepted. Excludes University Service for PhD Study members.


Admission and Registration Requirements

The applicant's master's degree GPA is not less than 65% or was successful from the first quarter of the bachelor's degree. For PhD, the applicant's GPA is not less than (70%).

Applicants of the Master's degree (of staff) should have a real effective service for two years after getting the last certificate.

The candidate must pass the scientific department's interview to determine his eligibility for the study and ensure psychological, cognitive, and physical health and proportionate to his competency (passing the interview is a prerequisite for admission,and ungraded ).

The applicant must take the entrance and success exams at least 50%, for various acceptance channels. Excludes applicants to the channel of admission of state employees in accordance with memorandums of understanding .

The formula for calculating the differentiation basis for higher diploma and master's degree applicants is 70% of the GPA + 30% of the admission exam. However, the differential GPA must be at least 65%, except for employees accepted under memorandums of understanding. Master's degree admission rate for higher diploma holders = 60% for a bachelor's degree + 40% (The scientific background of the higher diploma must be the same as the bachelor's). The formula for calculating the differentiation basis for PhD: Differentiation rate = 70% of master's GPA +30% of the admission exam.
