Engineering projects department:

A-Project Planning Division

-This department is concerned with preparing an integrated plan for engineering projects at the university that must be implemented in the university, in order to rehabilitate and maintain existing buildings and to prioritize their implementation according to the formation strategy and prepare plans for their implementation. Within the annual or future plan of the ministry.

-Preparing and auditing project files for the purpose of discussing them with the relevant authorities and including them in the general plan of the ministry.

-Preparing development and training plans and the size of the cadres required in line with the projects and future plan of the university, and preparing the pricing committees for these projects at the university.


B - Engineering Projects Implementation Division

The Project Implementation Division and its tasks

- Supervising the implementation of engineering works for projects under implementation.

- Preparing advances for completed works and presented materials- Organize work files

-Coordination with the relevant authorities to overcome obstacles to implementation

- -Participation in the receiving committees and any other committees or works that are consistent with the work of the department and support the work of the project.


C. Technical and Financial Audit Division

- This section contributes to project follow-up and technical and financial auditing.

- Preparing monthly reports for investment plan projects.

- Evaluating the performance of project workers, forming pricing committees, following up and examining the examination of materials used in the implementation of projects, and following up on building permits and approvals for construction in relevant departments such as electricity, water and antiquities. , the environment .... etc.
