The Faculty of Information Technology at the University of Babylon received an "Excellent" rating in the evaluation of the scientific and academic reality for the academic year 2024–2025 among public universities, conducted by the specialized ministerial committees assigned to this matter. This reflects the college s keen commitment to applying academic quality standards and adherence to rigorous scientific programs. This achievement represents an important step that enhances the college s standing among its counterparts in Iraqi universities.
On this occasion, the Dean of the Faculty , Professor Dr. Wissam Bahiyya, received a letter of thanks and appreciation from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / the Supervision and Scientific Evaluation Authority, in recognition of the outstanding efforts he made to elevate the academic level of the faculty.
