In the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Professor Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, the President of the University of Babylon, Professor Dr. Amin Al-Yasiri, participated in the launch of the Babylonian Civilization World Day Festival, which was attended by the Governor of Babylon, Professor Adnan Fayhan Al-Dulaimi, and a number of prominent figures in the political and scientific fields.
