With 15% of all accolades, the University of Babylon has emerged top among Iraq s public and private universities. Furthermore, the University s College of Medicine was successful in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research reading competition, whereby Fatima Ali Hamza, Islam As ad Abdul Amir, Abbas Fadel Abdul Hamza, Ameen Mata Taqi, and Ali Sa doun Jaber took their respective places.
Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, introduced this ground-breaking cultural program to raise students understanding of other cultures and give them the tools they need to interact constructively with non-traditional reading. The initiative s goal is to establish a serious setting for using comprehension technologies that enhance universities intellectual and cultural programs.
