The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, met with the President of the Arab Academy of Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport, Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghaffar, and discussed the importance of enhancing cooperation to serve the educational environment in Arab universities. They also discussed the readiness of Iraqi universities to achieve the desired level of scientific coordination and to formulate academic cooperation programs in line with the sustainable development goals. The President of the Arab Academy praised the policy of the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the work of its institutions in earnestly opening up to the global education system and achieving quality requirements.
