In line with the academic project of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (Study in Iraq), the University of Babylon has launched (729) funded scholarships for Arab and foreign students wishing to complete their undergraduate and postgraduate in the university’s faculties and departments. In all humanitarian and scientific disciplines for the next academic year 2023-2024. The Director of Relations and Scholarships at the University of Babylon, Dr. Laith Ali Abdul Rahim Al-Anzi, explained that (729) scholarships are offered, including (443) for bachelor s degrees and (170) for master s degrees. (89) for Ph.D., and (27) for higher diplomas.
The program for accepting electronic scholarship applications will begin on the first of this month (March) and run until the first of next June. He added that the admissions results will be made public on the first day of next July. He clarified that the institution will cover the cost of tuition, registration, and university housing for international students.
It is worth emphasizing that the pioneering project (Studying in Iraq) represents a scientific program in enhancing the academic level in international rankings, as well as increase international collaboration with international universities
